Transcend Software, Inc. ("we", "our", "us" or “Company”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy set out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us in connection with your use and access of the website available at www.transcendh2o.com (together with any successor site, the “Transcend Website”) and the proprietary web-based, hosted platform for the design of critical infrastructure including wastewater and water treatment plants and the provision of various content, products, services and information related thereto, as made available through the Transcend Website (“Transcend Design Generator” and together with the Transcend Website and all other content, tools, features and functionality offered on or through the Transcend Website, the “Services”).

Information that you provide. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Transcend Design Generator, subscribing to and using the Services, posting material or requesting further services such as your name, your email address and your address. If Transcend Water, Inc. or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the assets transferred as part of such acquisition.
To our sub-contractors who may be outside the EEA to the extent require for the purposes of the services they provide to us.
If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation (including responding to requests from law enforcement authorities), or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers, or others.
