As a growing company we are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant, with a possibility to grow into a Full-Time position

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement a detailed filing structure for both hard copy and electronic files

  • Ensure the daily operation of the office, including coordination and supervision of cleaning and maintenance service

  • Order general office supplies, stationary and office equipment

  • Organize any issues related to representation, orienting guests, ordering supplies for presentations, catering

  • Liaise with the landlord of office building, with service providers

  • Run errands for the office- Fed Ex, Post Office, Supply purchases, etc.

  • Arrange and confirm local, domestic and complex international travel for team members and ensuring effective use of time and resources when necessary

  • Organize group conference registration and travel details

  • Work with Finance Team to record/advise budget allocations

  • Prepare and submit expense reports for team

  • Manage executive’s calendar including meetings with challenges such as more attendees, multiple locations & time zones, e-mail, copy documents

  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings and conference calls, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering

  • Maintain client contact database

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Office Management experience

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office

  • Valid Driver’s License

Location: U.S.; In-office (Princeton, NJ) - no opportunity for remote work
Competitive compensation with 15hrs./week on a flexible schedule
