Transcend is looking for talented marketing operations specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent marketing processes that maximize overall company revenues. In this role, you will need to effectively manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment. 
How success will be measured: 

• Consistency in creating and maintaining marketing database and planning calendar 
• Success in managing & growing social media following (LinkedIn) 
• Your ability to actively cooperate in creating marketing content for Transcend Design Generator (videos, infographics, eBooks, etc.)  
• Supporting SEO activities 
• Supporting website and blog content creation  
• Supporting other departments in creating marketing content  
• Creating reports using various analytics tools for website and Design Generator  
• Coordination with sales team to support customer queries related to Transcend Design Generator 
• Managing company contact database in CRM and email marketing tool  
• Supporting email marketing campaigns and webinars  
• Managing third party providers of services  


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing 
• Technical and creative thinking abilities 
• Analytical skills to help track marketing effectiveness 
• 3-5 years experience supporting the development of marketing related activities, preferablyt for a SaaS business  
• Advanced MS Office skills  
• Experience with SEO, online marketing, and social media is a plus  
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator knowledge is a plus  
• Experience in software development is a plus 

•Passion for water, sustainability, and/or the environment
