We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining marketing database and planning calendar

  • Active cooperation in creating marketing content for Transcend Design Generator (videos, infographics, eBooks, etc.)

  • Support and lead SEO activities

  • Supporting website and blog content creation

  • Supporting other departments in creating marketing content

  • Responsible for creating reports using various analytics tools for website and Design Generator

  • Coordination with sales team to support customer queries related to Transcend Design Generator (mostly DG Lite and DG Professional as listed on our website)

  • Managing company contact database in CRM and email marketing tool

  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and webinars

  • Market research

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or in Marketing

  • Technical and creative writing ability is a must

  • Analytical skills to help track marketing effectiveness is a must

  • 1-2 years experience supporting the development of marketing materials

  • Advanced MS Office skills

  • Experience with SEO, online marketing, and social media is a plus

  • Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator knowledge is a plus

  • Experience in software development is a plus
