Sustainability Driven Water Startup Hiring for an Entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager!

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing existing clients by working with them to:

  • drive greater volumes of sustainable designs within their organization

  • increase user registration and adoption

  • solicit client feedback and disseminate across various teams within our company   

  • support technical meetings that clients request

  • manage renewal periods

  • ensure clients get accurate usage reports

  • coordinating with accounting to ensure invoices are submitted and following up on payment

How success will be determined:

  • number of designs run

  • number of active users

  • renewal rates

  • client feedback on performance​


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Experience working in the water industry and/or engineering industry (preferred)

  • SaaS experience (preferred)

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience

  • Commercial operations or client success experience

Location: North America or Europe
Willingness to travel 25% in non-COVID world
Ability to travel internationally
